These are old (1963) sets from Europe. They are fairly large, include normal parts from the era. Mostly plates in various colors, also quite a few bricks. Unlike Italy's MINITALIA, and Japan's OLO, PRIMA was a LEGO product that appears to have NOT been produced by TLG. Well from I hear from my colleague it was definitely related to Lego bricks. He described knowing a neighbour who worked for Lego and as a result getting huge bags of bricks.
