Re: Where should I center this one?

(...) Whoops, you're right. But, in the case of the 1x2 plates and bricks, the centerpoint is on level with the top of a plane, and on the rectangular lattice formed by the studs. As for the 2x5 and 2x9 hinge plates, these are a real exception. (...) (25 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  FOTW

Hello everybody, Finally I got a FOTW today. I went to some fleamarkets and on one of them I found a box small box with LEGO bricks inside.   Re: Does NQC support arrays?

Depending on what the value in the array needs to be you could use a bitmap (e.g. if you want to store true/false to denote the presence of something)... you could then represent the decimal value of the "array" of ones and zeros ... so, for (...)   Re: Plans vs imagination

I agree with Kevin and Silas. Back in the 60's (when I was a child), I remember getting the Junior Constructor set #717, for Christmas. The only instructions were on the inside of the box top. It was a 500 piece set, and there were only 3 pictures (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Do you separate old vs. new LEGO?

I don't, simply because most of my collection falls under the "new" category, if I think I know what Gary is talking about. ;) The only separation I do though is putting the Town Junior parts (I.E. Car bodies, those horrible arch things, etc.) into (...) (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.build)

No really - a rational discussion of people selling via eBay?

Maybe it's too much to hope for. Who knows. I was called on the carpet recently for making a statement about eBay scalpers.
