  Re: Two New GBC Modules..

(...) I have some more pictures uploaded; (URL) here> and (URL) here>. The cut-away part in the lift is actually from a shortage of 1x4 bricks, but I agree, it turned out nicely. I'm just now realizing how quiet it is, I can't really say for certain (...) (17 years ago, 6-Aug-07, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic, FTX)

(...) Most of these were ment as a joke. There is no way they could date the bricks or make the boxes the same size. I never expect to see an adult book store set. I was poking fun at some of the people that take things too seriously. But someone (...) (17 years ago, 3-Aug-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

New Theme at NWBrickCon 2007: Maxifigs

Ahoy mateys! NWBrickCon is pleased to present a new theme this year: Maxifigs. The idea is simple. Take your favorite minifigure and build it at ten times the normal size. For most minifigures this is pretty straightforward: take the instructions (...) (17 years ago, 3-Aug-07, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon, lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.build.minifigs) !!

I think TLG has many top notch set designs these days, but this is the first time I've ever seen questionable manufacturing quality from them. I have gotten a lot (...)

Just finished building 10181. It is a great piece. However, it is rather flimsy which seems to be a continuing problem with the large new sets. What else I saw was a slight variation in the shade of the bricks. Even within the same kind of brick I (...) (17 years ago, 16-Jul-07, to lugnet.general)

Well it's time for my semi-annual rant on LEGO Windows... I do hope the LEGO Ambassadors Issues List contains the problem of there NOT being a LEGO window system since 1987 (when most of the 9 classic LEGO windows were retired). With the worst kept (...)
