Ralph,
Very nice, both of them. I was big into military aircraft in high school
(so many years ago) and these brought back some good memories. One of these
days, Ill get around to building some modern war-birds.
What did you use for the glass on the Flanker? It looks like scotch tape on
the F117. My only nit on the F-117 is the nose looks a bit too shallow where
it joins up at the cockpit. Other than that, I think you nailed the odd
angles very nicely.

Hi Jack, thanks. Im glad you like them. Since your from St. Louis, I can
imagine you liking my Hornet and Eagle as well.

Anyway, the windows on both (actually the canopies on all of my aircraft) are
made with transparent plastic, cut to shape and held in place with adhesive
tape. I know purists will probably not like it. I have considered building them
out of transparent bricks and plates instead, but decided against it because I
dont think that it would look any better, the cockpit interiors (provided Id
still be able to fit any) would become invisible, and also in part because of
the cost.
It probably wont surprise you that the nose and cockpit on the F-117 were the
hardest parts to get right. I have some plans to change it a bit, but havent
taken the time to implement them.
Cheers,
Ralph
