Re: Proper place to post US S@H Phone Specials

(...) encourage Well, not entirely. I am in the UK, travel to the States at least 4 times a year, and have found them quite useful, getting families/friends/associates to, on a couple of occasions, order stuff for me.   Re: Legos in bulk?

(...) Hi Thatcher and welcome to the groups. I think the best way to buy bricks in bulk is watch for bulk brick auctions, they come up every so often, or buy the basic buckets. You just missed your chance on the day after thanksgiving. Walmart had (...) (26 years ago, 28-Dec-98, to lugnet.build)

(...) Deep vs. wide -- do you mean deeper is better than wider? (Is the "Oh, yeah" a point or a counter-point?) I don't have any inherent dislike for deep ng trees as long as the ng names remain: (a) type-able, (b) remember-able, (c) readable, and (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.general)

  Star Wars X-Wing  [DAT]

My attempt at modeling the Star Wars X-wing Fighter based on the online catalog pictures. The area between the wings was the most difficult, since it is almost completely obscured in the pics. Well, I don't know what's going on at Neotown, but I'm not paying for the site so I can't complain.
