  Re: The Nightmare Before Christmas

(...) That's awesome, Russell! My favorite part of your MoC is the curling hill against the setting sun. That was one of the best shots in the movie, right along with Jack's burning leap into the pool in the opening. I tried to build a Jack fig a (...)   Re: Question about RIS version differences

There have been three different box labellings: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0. However, the RCXs in boxes labelled 1.5 still said 1.0 on the side. RCXs from RIS 1.5 and 2.0 have no adapter jack. About software: I have 1.0 and 2.0, and i like the 2.0 software much (...) (23 years ago, 30-Oct-01, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: New Space Police 1 MOC

(...) Thanks, The filler pieces aren't that expensive to come by. The Alpha Team sets are pretty cool in their own right as well. Race sets may afford some of those pieces at lower costs as well. While AT sets are loaded with some terrible jack (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.space)

  dual servo update

Hi, For any interested dual servo users the following is what I have been able to find regarding the twitching. Wiring a 1000microf electrolytic across the 6V within inches of each servo seems to work. However, a much more important fix has been (...) (28 years ago, 21-Jan-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Has anyone tried to use SONY-TX.ICB with any luck? I get the icb loaded just fine and can get it to trigger the ir output test led (the little red one) with nothing plugged into the connecter, but when I plug an ir led into the jack and run the (...) (...) Heather, As far as I know, the transformer has a plug on the end, so you should be able to go to any RadioShack and get a 9V-800mA(or so) adapter. Just be sure to check polarity. Are there any symbols near the jack on the Command Center (...) (24 years ago, 28-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.general)

Clearly, the CAD part should ALWAYS be the one with the power adapter port because it will allow builders to see graphically whether there is enough clearance to plug an AC adaptor into their creations.
