  Re: Steering of driven wheels

(...) Interesting. My problem is I am (and I know this is pretty daft) trying to make the entire chassis from the parts in the 8479 Code-pilot truck as I haven't split my sets yet. So these are the wheels I am working with and I would need to get (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Target update

(...) I plan to visit the local Target the next few days to check the 4561 Railway Express as often as possible for a 50% or 70% discount. I bought one at 65$ plus shipping last summer and was satisfied with the purchase at that cost. If the cost (...) (23 years ago, 29-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  New Moc: Dark Red Building

I finally acquired enough dark red to put together a little building for the TCLTC layout (another "backdrop" building). I was really anxious to see the dark red in action, so to speak, and I think it was worth the wait! I *really* like this color (...)   Re: what's the demand for chrome?

(...) In the U.S. these items are supposedly readily available from Shop@Home at full retail price plus shipping. (...) Yes, just look at those German scans again: (URL) windows seem to be tan with brown lattice shutters, and the door is brown. The roof _may_ be some new colour we haven't seen before, a sort of dark sand-green, but I think it's dark grey. (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.harrypotter)

Re: shroud for train motor wheels

Great work guys! The work and discovery by Jeremy, Dave, and Steve shown below inspired me to try a similar shroud for non-motorized 9v train wheels.   Re: Fwd from a builder: Colors don't match, among other things!
