What's really being asked, I think, is more than just image hosting. That's a cheap commodity through various services. If it was just about putting images on the web, that problem's been solved. My thoughts: 1.Should limit non-paying users to only upload files (of any type) of a certain maximum file size (not image size, file size). 2.Should limit non-paying users so that they can only upload a certain size of files total (i.e. all the (...)
