Thanks Jacob for the idea. I now have a new working prototype. It uses a Lego bungee cord instead of a rubber band. It also holds five missles stacked in an angled from the firing chamber. I caught the tail end of a news-like story about fan made brick films this morning on DW-TV ((URL) showed clips from some different films (by Marcel Belledin, IIRC) and there was an interview with a (...) I didn't really pay attention to the rating system til recently...It was instituted and functioning while I was out of town...I don't really understand, even after reading many posts.
