Re: New Users Guide: Call for Volunteers

(...) Hey Lenny, I've got a Few ideas. First, the personal webpages are a hugely underused feature of Lugnet. On the front page there is a button for how to go about making a personal page, but there is no master list (or at least none that is (...) (20 years ago, 22-Jul-04, to lugnet.admin.general, FTX)

  Liebherr LR-1750

Well, I finally got around to posting some pictures of the early stages of my latest creation. It is a model of a Liebherr LR-1750 crawler crane to go along with my LR-11200. The pictures are still being "moderated" but here is the link; (URL) (...) (19 years ago, 1-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

Help with neopets (Totally off topic!)

Hey everyone, I need some help with the MMOG Neopets. I need to get some neopoints, an easy way to do this seems to be referals. So, to this end, could everyone here please click this link: (URL) And sign up for neopets? It's not a lot of time out (...) (20 years ago, 13-Dec-04, to lugnet.off-topic.geek, FTX)

The Story of the LMHoF - My Story

So I was told to go check out an article on the MechaHub web site concerning the History of the Lego Mecha Hall of Fame. I liked the story, though there is something terribly wrong with the facts in one section of the story. This is the truth, I am (...) (18 years ago, 12-Aug-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Eric Sophie's Biomechanical Bricks 3.0

I like the overall look and brick wall background. Will you be able to click on the gallery images to get a larger high res version (like 800x600) to ogle the details? How about builders notes and maybe even a sci-fi backstory for each model. You've (...) (19 years ago, 1-Oct-05, to lugnet.publish.html, FTX)

  Re: COLOSSUS

(...) That is spectacular!! I think(and I maybe wrong), but I think that's the largest mecha I've seen built in real bricks. I just love the size of it. That chain of ammo is very nice and the knee joints are just beautiful. My favorite part are the (...) (24 years ago, 26-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Hi, Rene. I put together a mock-up image of my suggestions for tweaks to the new LUGNET front page. I am using (URL) index-test-2> as a basis since I prefer the overall look of that draft to any of the ones since then. (Not that the (URL) latest (...) I just discovered their page devoted to (quote) "some 'introductory' Books about LEGO MINDSTORMS." There I see two books, Jonathan's O'Reilly and (...)   Re: Minifig "cloth" cape version 2?

(...) It's great! The only thing you might want to do, and this is the only thing for this version, is maybe smooth out the slightly angled join where the curves meet. This cape is wonderfully full looking and perfect for regular minifigure use. (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

No, it's not documentation for pbFORTH - yet. I have found a decent book on line, it is Tim Hendtlass's Real-Time FORTH book.
