Kevin, Go to your My Brickbay Page, then Orders Tab, you should be on the Orders Received Page. On that page is a list of all the orders you've placed. I think you'll find most underwater ROV are on a tether....took difficult to control (and lose) without one. Fiber optic cable would suffice with IR. This cable can be had fairly cheaply.
