  Re: Planes for a new download-tool (2)

Sorry, I guess my previous post may have been a little misleading. The program I am working on (haven't done much with it in the last couple of months, actually), is a general-purpose http download program. It wasn't actually set up to do anything (...)   A few 1.99 bugs and suggestions

1. When opening a file, if any sub parts are not found (the program alerts to this and offers a "Yes/No" dialog) and the file is opened anyway, clicking on the "Unknown" element will cause a Protection Fault Error: MLCAD caused an exception 10H in (...)   Re: LNP Addressing Schemes

(...) It's quite simple: Currently, there are two kinds of LNP-Packets: the first one is called the integrity packet (switch your mail-reader to fixed font now): +--+---+---...---+---+ |F0|LEN| IDATA |CHK| +--+---+---...---+---+ F0 : identifies an (...)   L3P v1.2 20000602

Well, it's been more than a year since the last official L3P release. Mainly because I have spent more time on L3Lab. But nevertheless several nice features have been added during that time. So here it is: STUDS flag in POV file ---...--- Turn off (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jun-00, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.ray)

Re: read/not read quirk on web interface?

(...) This is correct. The group listing ignores cross-posting x-refs. So if something is crossposted, it'll show up as two different articles in the web interface. But the thread view -is- smart enough to see cross-posting and only lists the (...) (26 years ago, 18-Oct-98, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Should RTL be hosted on this server?

[Once upon a time, lehman@javanet.com (Todd Lehman) wrote about hosting RTL on lugnet.com/news/.] Apparently, I picked the wrong time to have a major national holiday separate me from my lugnet-devoted newsreader. :/ I'll make my points brief.
