(...) you're wearing that shirt. I'd ask if you could use it on your website! I will say the .sig is rather tasteless, but that's Tim's problem (since it's on all of his posts), not ours. JohnG, GMLTC (18 years ago, 12-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

Does anyone have any experience with this text? (URL) seems like a good text for the basics on up (and the "teaser" looks good), but I'd like to have some first-person accounts. (20 years ago, 7-Nov-04, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Re: Questions about doing a museum show

The GMLTC had our layout set up at the Minnesota Transportation Museum's Jackson Street Roundhouse for several months, it just about destroyed the club.   Re: Flex system hose

(...) I've used 1/8" plastic tubing I found at a hobby shop, it is a bit stiffer than the Lego stuff but it works fine. It's only available in white, but you could probably paint it a different color. And since it's not 'official Lego', I have no (...) (18 years ago, 19-Jul-06, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: TLGs wasteful box sizes?

LEGO's standard policy is that the main model on the cover of the box is shown life-sized. (At least that was the policy when I worked at the Imagination Center at the Mall of America.)
