Re: the evolution of lego sorting

(...) Ahh, the old denim bag. I think I still have mine around soemwhere... (...) Soothing, isn't it? (...) I never actually went through this stage - when I started sorting, it went by type. I realized very early on that it was *far* easier to (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jan-01, to lugnet.storage)

The Gathering - A Minifig Class Picture

Hey, All. Just for laughs I took a picture of all the minifigs currently in my collection, although that has increased since the picture was posted to the web. "The Gathering" can be seen at: (URL) this main picture, I hastily taped together three (...) (24 years ago, 6-Feb-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Anago Battle Armor

(...) Yeah, the small size was what got me going on the the suit. I've been trying for years to make truly 'personal' armor, but to no avail. I had an idea a couple of days ago to make the smallest possible box a minifig would fit in and go from (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: Mark's Lego Creation Update! 1/5/01

(...) I have to agree, Mark! I think that there should be more non-miltary models getting posted. Military fighters seem to be the easiest military ship to build because they are small and relatively light on the number of pieces, but there is so (...)   Re: elimination of theme categories - Space (pt. 1)

Out of morbid curiosity and the never ending pursuit of opening myself up for attacks, I would like to pose/offer a question or idea. I will state up front that my only experience with finding parts is via the MLCAD interface. So anything I saw can (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Mark's Lego Creation Update! 1/5/01

(...) What I'd really love to see is something akin to the way the Star Furies launch from Babylon 5. They're mounted on pivots, and when deploying, a door opens below them and the Star Furies swing down and shoot straight out. That way you don't (...)
