| | Request for collaberation. :)
|
| I'm going to start a project in the next couple weeks. An ambitious project, that will span generations! (well, minifig generations, anyway) I want to make a big castle, but I don't want to do anything boring and ordinary like planning it, or just (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)

| remember that this isnt the whole product line and we will probobly see more stuff (large technic for example) later on. Remember that the silver f1 car wasnt shown in the first catalogs for 2000. That said, I will probobly look at getting a technic (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

| | Re: Frank's LEGO Castle Links Page
|
| (...) Just two quickies - a. the np-ww.jpg minifig is not up for grabs anymore, and b. for "details", I would put my "Rose and Daphne's cabin", because it has a few interior details. (URL) (24 years ago, 4-Nov-00, to lugnet.castle)

| | Re: New LEGO hairstyle piece
|
| I like the new hairpiece too! Well, it looks like a muffin, but a new hairpiece is always nice. I also thought about making it in blonde (tan), but for another reason... "Lt. Surge" from Pokémon... Or maybe he has light brown hair? I don't really (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

| All of my entries will go here: (URL) first entry is: (URL) is a polybag sized ship, with 23 pieces not including pilot, or 27 pieces with the pilot included (A minifig counts as 4 pieces, right? Legs, Torso, backpack, helmet) If it's too big and (...) (24 years ago, 28-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

|
| (...) I really like your minifig scale AT-ST also... I had the same problem with the "top heavy" model when I tried to build one again a couple years ago. Ironically, I haven't tried to build an AT-ST with my sets and parts. I admire your attempt at (...) (24 years ago, 5-Nov-00, to lugnet.starwars)

| | Re: Enough with the microphones

| (...) Not necessarily. It looks to me that the Shop At Home minifig is the result of a skillfully edited photo. The microphone looks to me like it would be hard to work with, but easy to draw in a painting program. (...) In one of my spaceships, the (...) (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

| | Re: Depicting Bricks & Mortar
|
| (...) I just went out and measured the bricks here at work and find that they're 2.25 inches tall and 7.5 inches wide. The mortar joint is between 3/8 and 1/2 inch thick tending toward the smaller end. Are you trying to work with minifig scale? If (...) (24 years ago, 28-Oct-00, to lugnet.town)

| (...) I've only done this as an experiment and a small part of a building, but it looks pretty good if you use 1x2 red plates and stack them like bricks. As Chris Weeks pointed out the mortar space is incredibally tiny at minifig scale, so i would (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.town)
