Re: SW parts used in Life on Mars sets?

(...) Like others have mentioned, that has been the rumor, but I've never heard/seen/read a confirmation or denial. On the boxes, there is a disclaimer: "All Star Wars elements are property of Lucasfilm Ltd. and/or Lucas Licensing Ltd." This has led (...) (24 years ago, 24-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) What would you be willing to pay for that 13 minifig set, which should be roughly twice the size of the Falcon in order not to piss people off because of lacking scale etc? With a little luck, we'll get an AT-AT with some minifigs. And I'm (...) (24 years ago, 31-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Very cool minifig mecha, Ashley! I've been trying (in vain) to build something in this scale, but all my attempts look like minifig sized pit droids-hardly very threatening looking... Keep up the great work! -Dave (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  In praise of Blockmen

Afternoon all, Having encountered Blockmen for the first time in Australia (at Big W), I have some heretical words of praise. This stuff is not a competitor for Lego. They don't make many different blocks (its as though they assume that you will (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: Darth Maul minifig head - hints and tips?

ACK! That's gonna be a toughie! Good luck. One of my little "secrets" is that I often "draw" the face in a two-dimensional image (i.e., Z = -13 for all points on this preliminary image), and then check the "Front View" box in MLCAD to make sure the (...)
