4 handed Emperor?

I don't know if any1 else noticed it, but the emperor has four hands. Two
black gloved and, and two yellow ones. Look closely at him in the
shuttle/tie pic, and you'll see it. I dont remeber him having 4 hands in
the movie...Any ideas as to this discrepancy, or am i just not seeing a minifig?

I think it's the Emperor moving his arthritic hands so swiftly upward, what is is in fact an *afterimage* of his hand... oh wait, one hand is clad in black, the other typical Lego yellow... oy vey! (...) Maybe it's a Jedi mind (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)
