Re: New Waggon in 7-wide / plus combine harvester /seven wide mania continues

(...) load. (...) Dear Mattias, thanks once more for your kind words! But the power of the BR50 is not so huge since it has only one 9V motor in the tender. In fact its power is quite limited since this motor has to drive 8 further axles inside the (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Two Easy Questions about Rolling Stock

(...) That is in fact NO simple question. I guess you do not mean 4-wheeled Eurotrash waggons? That is easier to answer: without "steering" you can have a maximum distance of 8 studs between the wheel blocks (with a derailment now and then + higher (...)   Re: Longest train, eh? (was: Two Easy Questions about Rolling Stock)

(...) Ok, I will change that text: it is obviously wrong - my mistake. But in real life speed records with trains have to be made in both directions and for long Lego train records, I am of the opinion that a record should only count if the long (...) (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

(...) - well done for a busy man! (...) In the middel there are just the 2 hubs. At the end there are on each side 1 8860 hub, a 395 wheel with grey tyre(from set 100) and on the end a 4x4 radar dish. What I loved most on my model is a really small (...) (...) And now there is the 3rd new 7-wide waggon in 3 days... But no big deal this time: more or less just a copy of the first waggon, but with different freight and in colour brown. I love these flap pieces: I have similar waggons (but 6-w) in (...) (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

Heads-up to Locals: TRU closing - lots of good stuff

The TRU on the Southwest Freeway at Bissonnet is closing. All Lego is 20% off (all LoM is 30% off, though.)   MOC: only a boring closed goods waggon in 7-w and SNOT
