Dear Mattias,
thanks once more for your kind words! But the power of the BR50 is not so huge
since it has only one 9V motor in the tender. In fact its power is quite
limited since this motor has to drive 8 further axles inside the engine +
tender, so it will be usefull to hide another motor in any of the next waggons
I will build.

I like our decade to live in, but for trains I love all those designs of
engines between 1930...1960. They still looked like handcrafted machinery and
not like pieces of soap. And I like rural scenes a lot and will certainly
build more buildings to fit to the grain silo I built for the ISCC.

In fact there is a special relation: my parents are farmers and when I was a
little boy my father purchased his very first combine harvester. But that
wasn't a "Claas Europa", but instead an "International Harvester" (or at that
time maybe even still named "McCormick".
To make it short: our neighbour bought a used Claas for the same price, while
my dad has had the red McCormick as a shining brand new model. He was very
proud but that lasted not more than two years.
The McCormick (with an exotic British motor - screws in inch instead of
metric) has been damaged always when the sun began to shine in summer. Our
neighbour just took his used Claas, which never caused any trouble and finished
his grain cutting in time, while my father had to creep inside the
combine and repair the red monster...
(I fear he has always been jealous for the combine of our neighbour and he
cursed from somewhere inside. Today my brother has a Claas with at least 2
times wider cutting part in front - and that one has of course air condition
instead of an old sunshade).

That has happened again: I have had some free time this evening and built
another 7-wide waggon. This time a tank car - you can find it at
brickshelf:

Kind Regards,
Ben
BTW: there are lots of cool new entries for the ISCC - check it out:
