Re: Is 3739 Blacksmith Shop available at Lego Stores?

(...) I was there two weeks ago and they didn't have any. They did have most of the rest of the Lego Direct line including all of the Legends and Wild West. David Kohrman (23 years ago, 5-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Is 3739 Blacksmith Shop available at Lego Stores?

I was at the imagination center in Orlando, FL. the guy there had never HEARD of 3739, or lugnet or anything. But they did have guarded inn and the other legends as well as wild west. it seems S@H is the only way.. for now. -lenny (...) (23 years ago, 5-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Why not a cypress tree in the Legends re-release of 6390?

(...) My guess: because of all the complains about the "bent" cypresses? ;-) (...) This one I sort of disagree: if they are to use the method from 6542, it may prove to be more functional. OTOH, I could use the older system just as good as a source (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) I'm wondering just what new baseplates it will come with. Hopefully not the green ones! I would've thought that it would've said they if they were a different color. As for the tree, probably 100% of the cypress trees that were made are (...) (22 years ago, 13-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Legends Newsgroup

(...) However, I feel the need for a centeralized location for Legends-related opinions and news. (...) [snip] (...) Maybe they're just trying to win back the hard-core collectors they lost when they re-released some of those Legends sets. Though I can't see any reason for them to do that either... ROSCO (23 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.market.theory)
