Re: Cleaning up the main homepage

(...) Wasn't easy, but managed to do it. Was tricky logic because of the myriad of up/down/sideways +/- twiggles and top/bottom boundaries to worry about. Sorry for it sucking for so many days. Had to make the quick icky/ugly fix first, once it was (...) (25 years ago, 12-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.general)

Opinions wanted: article rating harmful? (was: New feature: Article rating)

All, It seems at this point that the article rating feature -- intended to help -- is actually causing more harm than good to the community. This is *exactly* what this discussion needs: people willing to look at the opposing side's viewpoint, willing to try to understand it, and willing to work *with* that viewpoint to get things done.   Mindstorms 2.0 vs 1.5 (was Re: Greetings)

(...) Do you reckon they might package some of the new sensors in with a new release? That would push the price up but still might be cheaper than buying them separately (I'm hopeful, aren't I?!)
