I actually thought that the 8466 4x4 Off-Roader was quite a nice set;
certainly the best one in the last few years. (IMHO the last one to compare
with it was probably the 8459) Although yeah, I agree with you about those
clear cylinders with their yellow pistons; they do look a bit weird. :-P
I should probably put up a review of this set up on my website sometime;
seems that many people are asking about it these days.

| Well Santa brought me an 8466 4x4 Off-Roader set. It is an impressive set. I've only built bag one of EIGHT! and I'm already blown away. I was wondering if anyone else thinks the steering and power is a bit stiff? Everything was working very smooth (...) (23 years ago, 27-Dec-01, to lugnet.technic)

| Assuming my loving partner would buy me a big set of Lego (Silver Champ last x-mas, 8448 birthday) there's really only one big set at the moment, and that's 8466, the off-roader.
