  UK Legofest report

I think those present will agree that the recent Legofest - the first in the UK as far as I know - was a great success. I had arranged it on a Monday to fit in with Kevin Wilson's travel plans, so attendance was expected to be limited. (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: which is better 6066 or 6077

(...) Hmm, quite possibly the two best Castle sets TLG ever made, at least that I have personal experience with. . .tough choice. . .oh, wait, *that* 6077. Well, then, definitely the Camoflaged Outpost. It's both the first Forestmen set and the one (...) (24 years ago, 20-Mar-01, to lugnet.castle)

As far as I can tell, the rules assume that all armies (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)

Well, I think he's discussing not only modularity within a set, but having multiple sets link together easily to form one bigger set - sort of the way you can put together the 3 different grandstands and the main Soccer set to form a stadium. Thanks for taking the time to ask for our views. I have not personally seen the new colors yet, but I can understand where folks are coming from.
