  Re: Meet My X-

(...) We decided to trade it in. There was nothing much wrong with the car, we just thought that if we were planning on buyin a house in a couple of years, it would be better to have a car that is still in good condition vs. 7+ years old. Ben, I've given you kudos for this model before, but I wanted to do it again in public :) Awesome model. You have a knack for sculpting with plain old bricks and creating forms of real beauty and elegance. My models tend to be very heavy on the (...) (26 years ago, 21-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Classic timing circuits and XOR gates (long)

(...) Yes, the XOR gates are not load bearing, but somewhere in the body. I tried to make the legs "just follow allong", but this did not guarantee that the legs were all weight bearing when needed, and it fell. I added a switch to each leg hooked (...) Announcing the premiere of Joe Vig... to Japan! (URL) In the image, the Japanese characters in black read "Bonyari Bouzu", which means "Oblivious guy". (...) That wouldn't work all that well, I expect. There is a lower limit of voltage with which the electronics of the RC receiver will work. Below that, it would likely not drive the motor at all.
