Looking at the Lego at the company site.
Saw the chess set.  Don't know how old it is.  I can't imagine it not being old
news, but it made me think of Shiri... good thoughts of course...

What would a Fabuland chess set look like?
Who could be what?
Knights could be Henry the Horse(brn), 3678 and Clarence the Horse(grey) 3709 or
one of his relatives or alter egos from 3679 or 3665.
Pawns? I tend to think of mice because of their being quite a few of them and
different color ones...grey, white , brn.  But maybe monkeys with different
color bodies.
Maybe, it should be the color of the animal body not the head color to set the
sides apart.  Or maybe the pawns on one side could be one type of animal and the
pawns on the other side could be a different  animal species?
The King? >> Lion? or Elephant?

thoughts?
