| | Re: State Courthouse, Columbus OH
|
| (...) Very nice Paul!!! It's nice to see I'm not the only one who builds in the classic Lego scale (doors=3 bricks tall, windows=2 or 3 bricks tall). Now what you need to do is to build Columbus's Leveque-Lincoln Tower, a 1926 55 story Art Deco (...) (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

| (...) Very impressive model Tim! Maybe you should ask LEGO if they where able to make up a set from this creation? Or they could make up a designer type set from this: I am sure you could come up with nice alternative models: most bricks seem to be (...) (19 years ago, 13-Mar-06, to lugnet.trains)

| | Stickers scans wanted...
|
| Hi there, I have some old sets, without the stickers, long lost since my childhood. I tried to search on internet, but I haven't found good quality scans (printable). Anyone can help me? I need the scans of the stickers in sets 6363 or 374, for (...) (19 years ago, 23-Aug-05, to lugnet.town)

| | Re: Specialisation (was Brick Storage)

| (...) The complaint I have though is that many of these new parts are totally unnecessary. The case in point that upset *me* was the "Bi-Wing Baron" from the Adventure series (5928) which is a small biplane model. The whole of the underside of the (...) On a related topic, I do find it interesting that most of (...) (19 years ago, 26-Aug-05, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

| (...) Thanks. In the Mac version, you do this via the "Preferences" menu (the only non-system menu) within LDD. It also appears that once you've used this trick to add multiple bricksets to your "active" list, you can then turn "use starter sets" (...) (19 years ago, 25-Aug-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Looked to me like little more than 'not funny, this shouldn't even be on lugnet', which is a fair enough comment I suppose, but to characterise it as 'honest and accurate' is stretching credibility a bit.
