RE: Mindstorms vs. Team Challenge as starter kit?

The Mindstorms kit has far more elements (718 vs 215) but most of those parts are small lego bricks (which are still nice to have). The main technic elements are roughly the same light sensors, touch sensors, etc. I am a fan of Robolab and a little (...) (19 years ago, 23-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics)

LEGO spotted on Jimmy Neutron DVD

Well, it isn't much of a sighting. :) But if you check out the 'Making of...' on the Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius DVD, you just might catch a glimpse of some LEGO bricks. They're laying on a table during a segment in which they talk about modeling the (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.mediawatch)

Re: TLG wants your input on the CITY line

Lastly, a few general thoughts... I'd like to see a tub of bulk bricks, but one that is simply made up of extra parts from the current line of city buildings. This tub would contain parts to allow kids to finish their city buildings into complete (...) (16 years ago, 14-Jul-08, to lugnet.town)

Re: What do YOU do with face-less heads?

I have the same problem, I must have dozen of old heads that have been rubbed clean over the years. I would like to put new faces on them, but have done next to no brick modification or painting; and have no idea how to go about this. Can someone (...)   Do any readers wish to contribute to magazine?

To Lugnet Readers: Recently, I re-read some old(1953) Meccano(R)Magazines. This inspired me to try and attempt to put together a simmilar magazine with a Lego(R) rather then Meccano(R) slant. At present what I have is a, format of A5 Dual-Column, 50 (...) (24 years ago, 4-Aug-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Updated LEGO Collectors Guide... DVD/download

I've been working on expanding the Castle/Ninja/Pirate chapters of the Unofficial LEGO Sets/Parts Collectors guide (free to current owners), and also working on the 9V Train System.
