WOW! :) Thank you very much Mark ! Cool, it's all true then :) The usable firmware VLL input together with RCX/Scout IR messages output and the Manas/Spybot IR input. After doing a little more sleuthing, I was able to find out how to process incoming IR and VLL messages. And yes, thankfully, VLL decode is built into the firmware! (...) Sorry. I guess I didn't fully understand why you wanted to do the pre-multiplies. Hopefully this reply will be closer to what you are looking for. LDView 1.0 did exactly what you suggest. (...) I've got to try BrickCC as well. I'm not surprised at the light detector performance. The light pipe is good, but not that good. It's pretty nice to program my Spybot with BricxCC. It's just like working with an RCX. But I'm having a problem getting a reliable reading from the light sensor. If Spybotics is evidence of the juniorization disease infecting Mindstorms in much the way it has infected other Lego themes, then I suppose the RCX could be one the way out. That reduces Lego's robotic's offering to a single entity which works (...) (22 years ago, 7-Aug-02, to lugnet.robotics)

This 69.99 is a week long TRU sale...they had a lot of the blue and green ones on Sunday. They are not with the standard LEGO sets.
