Re: Lugnet clone handling? (was: Re: LEGO clone auction)

Speaking of Coke® [1] bottles and pilots, ya gotta mention the one from "The Gods Must Be Crazy"-- hilarous movie, although I don't remember the sequel being very good [2]. -John [1] God, I love typing the word "Coke®" using the "®" character!!!   Bad Memory ? Help!!!

Hi I trie to use the 62256BLP-10, instead of the 62256LP-120. And it didn´t work on the Handy board, but download program on the PC, said that the download was fine "Reboot the board", then I unplugged the Memory Chip, and tha same thing happend. (...) (...) Nope. At the time, the writing and acting was as good as anything else to come out the late 70's, but it does come across to a modern audience as fairly cheezy. On the other hand, by today's standards, everything written in the 70's is (...) (26 years ago, 7-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Tim, All you need is Macromedia's Flash. They do offer a demo for download that has a 30 day limitation. The actual program costs something like $250.00 (US) I think. I'm going on memory here. As for how it works, think of a timeline. Everything (...) (26 years ago, 11-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  power supply questions

Hello all, I want to power the handy board using the 250watt 12V 9amp power supply of a PC. Any suggestions as to what I should take into consideration before attempting this. A buffer? A fuse? (...) The first instruction (at 03ae) places the stack in on-chip memory, assuming RAME bit of SYSCR is at its initial value of 1. Why not make rom_reset() disable interrupts, then do its thing? That would be the safest thing to do. -Kekoa (25 years ago, 21-Apr-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)
