| I am very new to Robotics. We got RIS 2.0 a couple of days ago and have been working on getting it set up on the computer. Today I got the software (included with the set) running on my Windows 98 laptop, but I cannot get it to run on my Windows XP (...) (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.robotics)

| The Mindstorms SDK 2.5 is still available, which includes the 2.0 firmware. If you don't want the actual 2.0 version of the graphical programming software then this should be all you need. (URL) (20 years ago, 2-Aug-04, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, FTX)

| Sorry for this very fundamental question: The CD in my daughters Mindstorm RIS 1.5-set has been damaged. So we haven't got the firmware for the RCX nor the programming-software for the PC. | Hey, I can't seem to find any of my Mindstorms CD Rom's, and a while ago I put on some new firmware onto my RCX.
