The Unofficial LEGO Sets/Parts Collectors Guide

For those of you who have prepayed for the LEGO CD, I appologize profusely for the long wait. I posted over 2 weeks ago that they will be going out soon, but they didn't. Lots of last minute changes, including the addition of another 200 images made (...) (18 years ago, 12-Dec-06, to lugnet.announce)

  Re: Minifig scale?

(...) --snip-- (...) I think you're demonstrating my point here by confusing size and scale here. A 'scale' defines the ratio of each dimension of the model to the real thing. Thus HO scale is 1:87, half scale is 1:2, true nano scale is 1:10^9 and (...) (16 years ago, 26-Jul-08, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  4x2ReVu: 7592 Construct A Buzz

Kicked out of the academy during his first year for fighting, the cadet quickly returned the following year and found his strengths weren't necessarily in academics but in hard-headed grit, and sheer determination.   RcxCC Source Code available

In recent months many people have asked me for extending RcxCC, in particular by adding Scout support, the new NQC 2.2 and dealing with RCX 2. The problem with this is that, although it is easy to make it possible to call the new NQC, the rest of (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Top ten useless Lego pieces (and how to use them...)

(...) Good point. Barbara and I sort everything by color, which for the size of our collection, is starting to become inconvenient. Our black pieces fill a storage drawer which measures 11 x 6 x 16 inches (about 4.5 gallons or 17.4 litres) -- making (...) (26 years ago, 9-Dec-98, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Hey Peter the White, Hijacker of my Thread! :) Anyhow, those MOC's are pretty cool looking. I think I can see the detail in your Church of Seamentology. By the way, what is "Seamentology?"   Re: looking for review of 4555

I have this set, and love it. It's not as good a value as the #2150 Train Station[1], even though they are the same price. Also, it is fragile, even for LEGO. So I guess I have to say: it's a really cool set, it has a lot of hard (or impossible) to (...) (26 years ago, 2-Dec-98, to lugnet.reviews)
