  The Role of Dissent

I, doubtless like many of you, have been watching the news, reading online sources, and watching CSPAN (which is the recorded govt. in action of the U.S. and often of England too). Well, I was watching "Poodle" Blair yesterday and I got the idea (...) (22 years ago, 2-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: 12V and 9V on same track footprint

As you say this is hardly possible. We did that in 2001 (www.hot.ee/sonnich/lego/ - under galleries you will find the Baltic Train Event), and found it hard (impossible) with curved rails. We used straight rail for a "border" station between the (...) (22 years ago, 1-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)

True, the absence of precedence doesn't make the occurrence of such a democracy impossible, but I would suggest the (...) (22 years ago, 31-Mar-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

(...) What a shock! Larry fails to explain the impossible. His basic assertion as I see it: an organization predicated on keeping the peace is broken when the U.S. cannot dictate to it a U.S. focused agenda from on high. In other words, when the (...)   Re: On a scale of 0 to 10?

Hi all. The reason the equation is unsolvable is because B is an unneeded constant. Why? A*e^(q+B)=A*(e^q)*(e^B) It is impossible to distinquish between A & e^B. What you need to solve is an equation of the form s=A*exp(B*q) + C This is the form of (...) (22 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
