Hi, I made a reliable gearingsystem that allows one motor to control a "transfer". this way you can actually control 4 tasks with 3 motoroutputs (and 3 motors) If you have 2 RCXs, you can actually control 8 tasks with 6 motors. (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

the way I see it, is that you need the PC or the DCC throttle for addressing of the decoders in the engines. They also allow you to choose the address which controls the engine itself. I don't think the shell controller could be capable of doing (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
