Doh! I was there this morning but instead ran to all the Targets first. They sold 32 this morning! At least I got the last 7 they had. John2, You may not need to get a couple of million bricks for your 8 wide layout. You can just use mine. It will be built to allow 8 wide trains to run. I fixed the problems with the turns being too sharp and am going to next fix the track point (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

I viewed the pages w/Netscape and as some folks pointed out, the left frame shows a horizontal slider (it doesn't with MSIE). So I widened the frame a bit. Why would they have a clearance sale and then not have the stock to be cleared out? I don't know how much they pay TLC for the sets, but I doubt its much less than $50-60. It would be nice if Target was consistant. The two near me work in two different worlds. A couple of weeks ago, one had things at 40% while the other was at 75% off.
