I reexamined my rack-and-pinion design, and couldn't find another easy-to-implement way to mount the bricks, other than the studs-in-axle holes method. (...) Yeah. The USPTO has a searchable database at <URL:(URL). There's also a few others which provide prettier front ends to the same data.
