Mike, Robert - Thanks for your wealth of insight on this. I'm starting to come up to speed, I think. So, the RCX is acknowledging the IR tower command string, based on receipt of a EOS of some sort, perhaps, and OmniRemote can't process that ACK? (...) I found out about it by calling Lego Consumer Affairs. The number is 1-800- 453-4677. I just asked about the Lego Mindstorms Robotic Invention System (RIS) Upgrade. Sorry about the last "blank" post... had too much coffee this afternoon... (...) Yes the drive wheels on the locomotives are made with stacked pulleys, with rubber "tires" from the Twisted Time Train keeping it on the rails. One side has 3 pulleys (...) (25 years ago, 11-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)
