Re: e-commerce (was Technic shuttle etc)

(...) What's not to understand? While one may have legal grounds in the US for claiming that the offer was made, if one were to do that one would not be the sort of person that I like.   Re: Problems with Ldraw related sites

(...) The only other thing I'd want is a "MyParts" page, where an author could update just their own entries, without scrolling through everything in the current list. Would make it easier to update stuff already added to the list. Steve (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Question about parts

(...) Joel, Generally, you can look for parts in lugnet.cad.dat.parts. Often, they will be available in that group before they are released in a parts update. The three-blade propeller (part 6041, I think) was posted recently. Some version of the (...) (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Household uses for LEGO

  Re: Storage

(...) I just sorted all my lego last week (I was off all week). I bought a bunch of Gladware semi-disposable containers at the grocery store- a good deal. Depending on size they are 5 or 6 for $2. There are really small ones that hold technice (...) (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: e-commerce (was Technic shuttle etc)

I agree the lawyer route is defiantly not the way to go. However, if they admittedly made the mistake, meaning they were not hacked of screwed by a disgruntled employee, they should have offered a more generous compensation. Ten percent off of a (...)   Ultrasonic range finder

I'm interested in "ultrasonic range finder" type of sensors. One that can return a rough raw value that can be converted into a distance (from the sensor to an object in front of it) would be great. By rotating it, and coupled with an angle sensor (...) (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: How much are tudor walls worth?

(...) That's a matter of opinion. :) I certainly wouldn't pay $10 each. I'd probably pay $5, but I'm probably a bit cheap, since I don't use them much. I might pay $10 for red ones. James (URL) (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Technic Shuttle for £4!!

(...) Of course it is. I would assume anyone from your side of the pond would know that already, considering it's your word. Not that I really care, but I don't see how you could NOT know that. (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: MY FOTW (!)

(...) I'm stunned by the clarity of the transparent bricks! I have some from just 18-20 years ago that have already gone cloudy. For that matter, I wasn't even aware that they ever made transparent macaroni bricks. What a find! (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk)
