RE: Could somebody use this program?

(...) <snipped description of new environment for RCX/Cybermaster> (...) Michael, I just downloaded mlCAD and find it an excellent bit of software. The rendering of each step is a bit slow unless you turn on wireframes, but that's not so bad. My 7 (...) (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Comprehensive meta-command list

(...) The last three parameters define a vector, not angles. The nested commands are rotated <angle> degrees around the vector. To rotate 45 degrees around X, do: 0 ROTATE 45 1 0 0 ... To rotate -45 degress around Y, you can do this: 0 ROTATE 45 0 (...) (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: What is Homecoming? (Re: Somebody help.)

(...) Yep. The odd thing I think is that my high school didn't do anything for homecoming, other than the homecoming game. There was a game every year, and we actually had a pep rally 1 year... but the profound lack of school spirit made it (...) (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.people)

  Re: RCX + C + Windows

(...) Miguel, It depends on whether you want your programs to run on the RCX (case 1) or on the PC (case 2). Case 1: Try legOS. It uses gcc and a cross assembler to compile C directly to the RCX. It requires that you download alternative firmware. (...) (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

G'Day If you are willing to use 'non-pure Lego' parts, then Radio Shack has a telephone cord 'detangler' that plugs into standard RJ-11 jacks, has 4 conductors, and 360 degree motion.   The beginings of my modular Star Wars base.
