The idea is that you start with the crane and a 32x32 area (or larger if you wish) and then gradually build a building underneath it. Well, I am sure some stores do mark up deliberately, but working with the Systems department at Meijer, many times, it is a screw up uploading the prices every week. In C you can use the functions outport and inport, and the paralell port has TTL levels (5 V.).
