  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) I agree. I would also point out that there is a well established mechanism for reporting problem parts, and, to my knowledge and experience that whenever a part is genuinely defective it is replaced. (...) Some people feel upset if the full (...) (17 years ago, 30-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) I'm not sure you should see a lack of information from TLG as confirmation of anything... I certainly wouldn't. Tim (17 years ago, 30-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) That seems a bit harsh. As a non-trainhead (organizing our clubs first train show for September) I thought 9V was SAVED. The save9vtrains website has not been updated in months the last time I looked. The Hobby Train (K10183) set came out and (...) (17 years ago, 30-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) What really apalls my wife who is a big-time Lego fan is the insulting way in which Lego sets are marketed to girls and women. Stroll through a well stocked Lego specialty store. If you are female, sets start out with Duplo Brick princesses. (...) (17 years ago, 30-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) I fail to see how the ambassador program increases such control at all. Every fan is still free to contact LEGO with their issues exactly as they did before, and leak^H^H^H^H post any information they find around the place. It appears to me (...)   Re: The Official "Issues List"

Disclaimer: I'm not a train guy, not even close. And I agree that the 9V system is a fantastic system in and of itself, not to mention the amazing things train clubs do with it. Should it be on the "list"? I'd *absolutely* agree. And I really (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors)

  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) Can't say I've noticed any problems in any of my recent sets. It's a minor issue in my mind. (...) Why should I care if they don't want to sell certain products in certain countries? It's their loss. (...) It's unrealistic to expect a 100% (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

  Re: Brickshelf Status

(...) Kevin's utter lack of communication with the community is unforgivable. It's time to sell BS to someone who gives a damn. (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.general) !

  Re: Update news on BrickShelf.com

(...) I would have no problem spending $5 a month on an image hosting service for LEGO. But I would not do it for one run by Kevin Loch. He has burned that bridge too many damn times. If anyone else were to take over BS from Kevin, I would gladly (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.general, FTX) !

  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) The death of 9V trains would be a thousand times more devastating to the single most visible contingent of LEGO fans than the grey color change. Train clubs are the real ambassadors of LEGO. Throughout the world at model railroad hobby shows, (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: MOCpages? Brickshelf? What should I do?

You have said that old postings on MOCpages that use Brickshelf for image hosting will automatically have the images copied to MOCpages and the pages updated to use your hosting. Two questions about this: 1. Is this still true, now that Kevin has (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: New military aircraft: F-117A Stealth fighter and Su-27 Flanker

Re: LEGO Ambassadors Status Report - Summer 2007

(...) Then it sounds to me like this is an area that Steve and the Ambassadors need to work on. If I were LEGO, what I would do is whenever information is being shared with the Ambassadors, I would include along with that information some indication (...)   Re: LEGO Ambassadors Status Report - Summer 2007

Well it's time for my semi-annual rant on LEGO Windows... I do hope the LEGO Ambassadors Issues List contains the problem of there NOT being a LEGO window system since 1987 (when most of the 9 classic LEGO windows were retired). With the worst kept (...)   Re: NXT model instructions under OS X 10.2.8?

(...) The Academy content is just a series of HTML files. For Tribot, for instance, drill down this path: LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT/engine/editorVIs/Academy content/activities/v...es/tribot/ and then open "main.html". If you know click on the first (...)   Re: LEGO Ambassadors Status Report - Summer 2007
