  Re: Stargate

(...) SNIP That is a fantastic Stargate MOC! I try to show everyone as an example of the unlimited potential of Lego. Where did you get those chevron symbols? Jeff (20 years ago, 7-Aug-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: TTT - R22 - ball board

(...) Well, I actually can't find a reference to it, and now I'm curious. And there is NO WAY I'm typing the string "Iain's ball grabber" into Google, safe-search or no. So, a pointer? (20 years ago, 7-Aug-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: One really pissed off Lego customer!

Wait, you are pissed because of their prices? Did you buy this without knowing, or did you see everything up front? If you already bought this and then realized what happened, then be pissed at yourself for not reading the quoted price properly. If (...)   Re: One really pissed off Lego customer!

(...) Also, news from the Burlington store indicates that you can order from Shop At Home *from* the store, which can be used towards the loyalty cards (yum!). Hence, they likely changed the system around to accomodate this. Actually, since loyalty (...) (20 years ago, 7-Aug-06, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: One really pissed off Lego customer!

Ondrew: Lego switched to a fixed percentage for shipping a few months ago. As for sales tax, they only seem to charge it for states with actual Lego stores. Ken (20 years ago, 7-Aug-06, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Thanks (...) Yes - The boom gates hit, but they open up almost completely, so the trucks can get out. I thought about allowing them to swivel or something (to allow 100% opening), but I was able to push the trucks in and out the way it is - (...) (20 years ago, 7-Aug-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: TTT - R22 - ball board

(...) learn a lot from this man, I'm not a big fan of the soccer ball marker idea. The big reason being everyone is going to use Iain's ball handing mechanism and everyones robot is going to work the same. And if they don't know about Iain's ball (...) This sucks. So today I was going to finally order the windows I needed for a building I’ve been building for a while now and I ran into a couple snags. 1.)
