  Re: LEGO Factory Updated

(...) LDD can load mpd files but it flattens them during the loading process (LDD doesn't support grouping or subassemblies). When you save it out again it will be saved out as a flat list of bricks so remember to keep a backup. -- Marc Sutton Lead (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Train layout ideas for future Ontario/Canada train shows

(...) That's a fantastic idea! I was also thinking of 'CLBBA' (or Canadian LEGO Brick Builders Association--now the 'Ontario LEGO Brick Builders Association' (OLBBA) or, dropping the LEGO in case Dave! decides to show up (the Mega Blok builder that (...)   Jambalya!!! (and FOTW)

It wasn't my idea, but it was tossed arond at the Toy, Train and Doll show last weekend... See, there was a person there selling LEGO bricks for around 10 cents per brick--5 cents for basic bricks and 25 cents for mini-fig parts... Anywho, at the (...)   Re: Take Two!

(...) Agreed, I would also like a place I can set up my individual sculptures, mosaics and the other non-standard scaled crap I build... as well as my space mocs, since I am such a spacer now...   Re: May 20th SMART Meeting: BrickHeap Wars!

(...) As of this morning, two more teams have signed up. I would say that this is the last chance for a third SMART team to be started! Any volunteers? -- David Schilling (20 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.org.us.smart)

Re: Train layout ideas for future Ontario/Canada train shows

(...) Im in, and already building, will keep you posted with how many modules long it grows. Thanks Dave. And for what its worth, I like going with the "Can-Brick" or "CLBA" - Canadian LEGO Brick Association. Although since there are active lugs in (...)   Train layout ideas for future Ontario/Canada train shows

We've been discussinng this for quite a while, so I'm going to endeavour to organize something. The fact is that LEGO Train layouts go over extremely well at train shows. We keep getting invites to various venues to display our LEGO train layouts. (...) (...) Quali scatole, queste? Re: Lego Education Pamphlet indicates a NXT to old style brick adapter cable

(...) Alas, I've only seen the phone ones. I used one through a turntable with the RCX cables, but of course that's only two wires. (Actually I used all four wires and basically sent two RCX cables through the one "detangler"). I would imagine they (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: NXT newsgroup needed

  Re: LEGO Factory Updated

(...) I'm not talking about anything complicated, like wedging the tile in pony-ears style. All I meant was to place the tile on the last stud so it's overhanging the side of the plate. Nothing complicated. I wanted to put a 1x1 tile there, but (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.general)

  Re: ISD in costruzione!

Re: Lego Education Pamphlet indicates a NXT to old style brick adapter cable

(...) I’ll throw one more suggestion on top of that. Take a standard LEGO cable, cut it in half, and put a standard adaptor on the end (such as a RJ11). One LEGO cable can be used to produce two adaptor cables. From there you can create all the (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)
