  Re: Vårträff (andra försöket).

(...) Jo, nog vore det kul med en träff igen. Jag har ett nytt förslag på vad man kan bygga var och en för sig och sedan försöka sätta ihop till en större helhet: Berg-och-dalbana! Se mitt andra inlägg här i gruppen. (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.loc.se)

  Re: Tjockvarv och tunnvarv,

(...) Jag misstänker det. "vanlig bit" och "platta" är nog mina grundbegrepp också. (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.loc.se)

Re: NYC grit of the past

(...) Those are some highly interesting pictures Jonathan. Some great inspiration and a lot of it is architecturally generic enough to be used in layouts based on other cities. I sure hope the station is 'dressed up' since I'm not sure I want to (...) (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.town)

Remix Lenin is closed (sort of)

Hi all, Thanks to everyone who posted their entries for this. It was really exciting to see so many different versions of the same model and I learnt some new tricks along the way and hope others did too. I've made a (URL) write up> for the (...)   NYC grit of the past

I was rummaging around the sky scraper forum and found this thread (URL) These are the types of images that inspire parts of my layout. Burnt out NYC of the 70's and 80's (and beyond, in some cases). These images, as tough as they might be to view, (...) (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.town, lugnet.trains)

  Re: rtl21 ideas

(...) How about stationary bots that you would "give" real cards to? i.e feed them into a slot when they request a hit and have them scan the pips. might need a standard card deck though. Oor skip the whole building part and just have th RCX's (...) (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: So, who IS in the MDP?

(...) Excellent analysis. I'll go with your theory. It's either that or they're waiting to send fake acceptance emails on April 1st as a cruel joke. -Tim (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  y'know what I miss....

we used to run the same competition consecutively. that way we would get to learn from the first competitoin to build a better 'bot for the next one--we would glean better ways of doing something and become better 'bot builders/programmers in the (...)   Re: So, who IS in the MDP?

(...) Oooooooh, I know what's going on here...you see what's *really* happen is that we are all part of the original 100, they just haven't gotten around to sending us an email yet (LEGO are you out there?). Wishful thinking, -aps (19 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: So, who IS in the MDP?

  Re: Announcing Brickvention 2006!

(...) I agree that $50 is quite cheap. In fact, compared to the total it will cost to attend (the +travel and +accomodation), $50 is very reasonable indeed.
