  Re: TARGET WAS CRAZY

(...) Ok, so I was not tripping last night when I looked at the photo. I just did a side-by-side comparison about the same time you did and YES, IT IS HIM (In my opinion anyway). In all likely hood Target security and the police probably tipped off (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: TARGET WAS CRAZY

(...) I agree with JT. I'm about 95% certain it's Swanberg in the act of pilfering LEGO sets. The coincidence is just too great. Because I'm a busybody with an inordinate prurient interest in stuff like this (as well as trying to avoid doing real (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Meeting Dec 3rd in Monrovia

(...) Agreed. (...) As of today, I've not recieved an email about this, so you might want to remind Scott about it given that we're two days away. I've been going through and sorting like mad. I've got a lot for sale or trade this time around (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

Re: New Part: x784 Technic Gear Hailfire Droid Wheel

(...) Don't make a separate file for x784s01, just put that code in the main x784.dat. Steve (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  How often

On average how often do Lego renew the biggest Technic set in the Technic range? Steve (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: TARGET WAS CRAZY

(...) Maybe he didn't give the photographer his real name, I wouldn't have if I was him. It's not like the reporter was checking ID or anything. jt (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Indy GTX & GBC

(...) In the future, I'd like to do a fancy layout with IndyLUG having several (3 or 4) stations and a few trains. I'll have to draw out what I was thinking, but it includes a non-GBC train, and switches. (I don't remember how much we talked about (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.us.laflrc)

  Re: TARGET WAS CRAZY

(...) The person is not Swanberg according to article posted with the photo. Trust me I had the same thought last night, but over came the temptation to post that concern and found the caption this afternoon. It could be an accomplish: Franklin (...)   Re: New Part: x784 Technic Gear Hailfire Droid Wheel

(...) Oops. You are right, the inner ring fell off of the x784s01.dat part somehow. I'll fix that. (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Io ce l'ho e voi nooo ;-)

Ciao, io ne ho 2!! Però sono più strette ma hanno lo stesso motivo, le ho pagate circa 50 centesimi ad un mercatino dei bambini, non ho mai capito quali biscotti ci fossero dentro ne' dove venissero venduti. Bye Ernesto "Cristian Sala" (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.it)

  Re: TARGET WAS CRAZY

(...) The person in the photo is likely to be William Swanberg. The photo credit date (Nov 16th) and the location (Portland, OR) match pretty close to when and where he was arrested. That AP photog deserves some kind of wacky pulitzer for being in (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Finding a rotation matrix for a triangle

Thanks for the formula Anders Do you have any idea on how to convert it to the vector type used in MLcad? (xyz+angle)? Cheers NB (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad)

Re: New Part: x784 Technic Gear Hailfire Droid Wheel

(...) I wasn't sure how to handle primative paths. I'll try it without a path and see if it works. The internal rings are attached to the fin in the x784s01.dat sub-part. That sub-part is really sort of a cross secton of everything except the teeth, (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Ultrlight Dropship: Hookship

(...) Thanks very much for your comments Mladen. I'm glad you see it as a Skycrane as that is the exact intention I had for it. Glad you like the renderings too, I've been playing around a lot at getting good rendering settings lately so I'm pleased (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
