Ok, so I was not tripping last night when I looked at the photo. I just did a
side-by-side comparison about the same time you did and YES, IT IS HIM (In my
opinion anyway). In all likely hood Target security and the police probably
tipped off the local press, since they had tracked him to Portland and were
waiting for him there. Somehow, the photo was picked up by the AP wire service
and used for another story. I really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Now that is taking this to a new level and the story will not die.

| (...) Actually I bet the AP story was legit, and after it ran the Target security folks realized they finally had a good picture of him. I bet previously he was good at avoiding giving the Target security cameras a good look at his face, and Target (...) (19 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)
