You mention Bell - so that means Sympatico. Are you using their Access Manager software, or the thing built into XP (if you are using XP) for rPPPoE? A couple of pertinent questions: 1. Did the side of the box it came in have any imprinted or indented markings that resembled a 4-digit number? 2. So how does one go about getting a hold of your balls? It seems Chris is either out of balls or doesn’t like others borrowing his balls.
