  Re: Quelli della LEGO...

Re: SSClagorpion - The Schedule

Goodness, I hate to bring up an old thread. In fact I think this one is over a year old! No matter, curiousity is burning a hole in my cranium, and that's not something you want happening! So, has this project halted and/or died, or are we just not (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jun-05, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: AoJT3: Johnny Thunder and the King of the Gypsies (Update June 26)

Well, as it was pointed out to me that this story has been around for 5 months now, I decided to release another installment earlier than planned. So here you go: (URL) whole gypsy-nomical (URL) Steve (21 years ago, 27-Jun-05, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

  Re: A Lurker Converted

(...) I was interested to see the trans-smoke plates used in your weapon magazine. I don't know if you knew this or not, but some of the latest assault rifles use transparent plastic magazines, so the soldier can tell at a glance how much ammo is (...)   Re: New MOC: "Bushwhacker" Tank Mecha

(...) Thanks Geordan! I actually didn't think of the legs that way when I made them, but I like the way you describe them! :-D (...) Yah, maybe it's because the turret is a lot more faceted and complex, whereas the legs are smoother and, as you (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New MOC: MOAB

(...) Wow, thanks for the thorough review! I wouldn't argue with the idea that the MOAB is not as good a mech as the Spider Tank. Everything just came together for me on that Spider, and I still don't know if I'll ever equal that effort. I'm glad (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

RE: An Idea for new Mindstorm

When I read this Idea about no programming, I thought you guys must be crazy. The programming is the coolest part of this system. I'd like to see Lego do more with the programming capabilities not less. -----Original Message----- From: (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jun-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: New MOC: MOAB

Kyle! I must say a week ago I ventured in to check out the newest Vrieze creation and was quite sorely disappointed. Upon initial inspection it looked like you had ditched completely the perfect, refined form that you had achieved with the spider (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: "Bushwhacker" Tank Mecha

Awesome as usual Mladen! First off, the coolest part about this mecha are the legs. They are absolutely beautiful. The wheels fit in perfectly and the ladders as detail are awesome. The rockets at an independant angle from the leg are so sweet. What (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: A Lurker Converted

Hello, Congratulations on creating an extremely posable first mecha! The basic structure is the hardest part and you've got it there nicely. The hand design is pretty neat and I like what you did with the head as well. Seeing as you're just getting (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Several of these (without software) were just sold on eBay...I got one! Now to find something to drive it. Is Robolab still the only way to use the 9751? Or, have there been other developments? Perhaps an addition to nqc and BricxCC? Any help would (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jun-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: An Idea for new Mindstorm

Isn't it a bit of a contradiction to have a person who wants to build robots, but doesn't want to program? A true robot, of the kind we see on this newsgroup, is a harmonious blend of decent programming and decent construction. If you take the (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jun-05, to lugnet.robotics)
