I looked at the site, but I still can't figure out exactly what these are. Are
they wooden blocks or are they actually stone? What is it that sets these apart

Anchor Stones are "stone" made of ground quartz, chalk, linseed oil, with
colouring added in.  This mixture is pressed into the differnt shaped molds.
