Re: Ball Joint Frame ZRX1 version

(...) Hits some cool poses. I'd like to see some close up pics of the specific joints. Does it hold much weight? I don't see any doubles or stiffening a la Snead. So are you planning on selling them like the bots? You sort of said you were. Plus (...) (21 years ago, 13-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Civil Lego Design

(...) Hi Rosco. The way he uses flat bricks to make the asphalt is impressive. He must have spent a lot of money on those pieces.   explain the definition of the firmware to kids...

I tried to explain term firmware to middle school age children. The best that I can do without using the technical terms, like embedded software, ROM is this: "Firmware is a set of instructions which must be loaded into the RCX Brick in order for it (...)   AFOL/Mindstorms stagnation...

(...) At Brickfest last year, Jake made it clear that Mindstorms were not dead, but the future of Mindstorms is not the 2.0. That pretty much only leaves one option. Something new. But when?   power levels clarification
