  Re: In support of Larry

(...) I make no (public) judgement about his character but I would make the following points in reply to this post: 1. Working tirelessly for a community does not automatically mean you are suited to any particular role within that community, and 2. (...)   Re: Jasper the troll

Dude, this is great work! It looks a little clunkier than i'd really like to see it, but I'm no mech or jumbo-fig modeling expert myself, so I offer that as truly constructive criticism (pun not necessarily intended, but certainly amusing as I (...) (21 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Ciao Dino (...) Bhe il risultato è proprio convincente, non ti dispiace se mi è venuta voglia di provare a costruirlo??? Solo per puro spirito empirico, non sono bravo con i bestioni "technicistici" (sembra una malattia!?!) :-)))...))) (...) (...) (21 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

(...) Ain't NUTHIN wrong with dat! Very original and well done! Love those Robo-dealers and your commentary. I better carry a second spacesuit on me when I go there. "Big Daddy" Nelson (21 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Help me buldge :-/

Ian- What if you tried to use those flexible hoses (the ones found in the Mindstorms kit)? My idea would be to remove the glassy pieces, and instead, add these ones, because they can curve (the only drawback to this is that you might not be able to (...) Hello Kenn, Great fun. The lack of polish notwithstanding, this is chock full of excellent details. You must have had fun making it.   Space casino Columbia

Hello, I'd like to present a project that started with me toying with oddball parts for a space project and moved quickly out of control. It's not terribly polished, but I'm ready to move on, and relatively happy with the result. Enjoy the riverboat (...) (21 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.western, lugnet.build) !!

  Re: The "44"

Hey Tony, I'm enjoying this one. That's a great use for those lattice pieces. While I find the black part on the front a tad heavy visually, I can see it as shielding for the craft. Kind of like those 5mph bumpers they had to tack onto cars in the (...) (21 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

I agree with you, that Larry built the so far best trucks and that Benn's dark grey windscreens might be the so far best solution for the dome. At least in kids hands that design will be (...)
